One, are all of these set up with 5/8 centers for mounting? Two, is the sight pictured here built to be reversible?

Someone in the history of my type 99 arisaka made two screw holes on the right rear of the receiver at 5/8" centers for a commercial receiver sight. I'm assuming that since the front sight is a redfield, the rear (now missing) was also probably a redfield.

Or perhaps a Williams. Thats about the mounting hole span on the set I have on a Ted Williams 100 (Win. 94) It appears that it could be mounted on either side of the reciever by just turning the aperture bridge around.
