REKAT Collection

I "friend" of mine "helped" me make some additions to my REKAT collection. The large fixed blade is the Gaijin Warrior, the smaller is the Hobbit Warrior and the folder is the Pocket Hobbit. Now I'm trying to decide whether or not to get a left and right hand pair of chisel ground cable damascus Gaijins.

Very nice Hobbit family there...
But you need:
The Hobbit Fang (the neck knife)
The SIFU (the huge folder)
The Carnivor (small folder)
The Pioneer (older folder)

Heh. My REKAT collection consists of just one piece .

Sifu.

But it's still a good collection. Low serial number. Very low. "One". And not number one of a particular series, number one period.

I'm the one that convinced REKAT to build a megafolder .

And call me nuts, but it's still daily carry. That's what it was made for. It's been pulled in anger too, against two dogs that tried to attack some guy and his smaller dog, I managed to get between 'em, pulling ol' number one cleanly while at a dead run. The two attacking dogs ran off.

I haven't heard of any other defensive uses of a Sifu, yet.

okay, what's the deal with the warrior?

Wasn't this originally an Al Mar (may his soul rest in peace) knife?

At the SOF match a few years ago, REKAT sent us some knives, like the hobbit warrior in damascus, and they were beautiful knives.

I heard something about the al mar team being upset with the REKAT people, but i never found out why.
