Here's what I ordered (S30V, aluminum scales, 4.9 oz. OTF):

This is mainly for my collection. I normally carry a fixed blade, but I carry a folder at work. Here's what I carry for a folding knife now:
On the low end I have the Kizer Kestrec, mainly bc it's inexpensive (VG-10 w/ G-10 scales, 4 oz., liner lock, fit/finish: very good) (1 in use, 1 in collection):

I normally carry a CRKT "Natural" which is very heavy and heavy duty and I can open instantly (8Cr13MoV, bone scales, 7 oz., Liner lock, fit-finish: good) I REALLY LIKE this knife, these are big heavy folders with a very firm grip. (2 in use, 2 in collection).

btw I also recently got a Tuya Talisman which is a worthy successor to the CRKT. Heavy Duty, 6.4 oz. (AUS10A, G-10, 6.4 oz, frame-lock, fit/finish: excellent) (collection-only at this point, may change):
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071KCDBSM/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And on the high end I have the Kizer Dukes flipper (S35V, titanium scales, 4 oz, Frame lock, fit-finish: excellent+) (2 in use, 1 in collection):
Which I can open in an instant. These are a little more than half the weight of the big CRKTS and basically disappear in my pocket.

I don't expect the OTF to be anything more than a collection piece but I'm willing to be convinced by performance.
The smaller knife is another bone-handled crkt.
And I need to include some fixed blade porn just because (these are my last 2 acquisitions, both less than 3 oz and a little over $200 with the special sheaths.).
BRK Mini-Kepharts, CPM3V, 3.8" blade, 2.8oz without sheath. Sheaths carry firesteels (not included):

If you're wondering why I have so many folders in rotation when I normally carry fixed blades, see my post on OCD:
