If you currently load for 22/30-30 Ackley please provide your reload data. Also, if you have any published data, please also provide. Google search has provided very little information. All the data I've found utilizes IMR 4064. Also, looking for data using other powders, ie 4350, 3031 and or 4895.

The revised edition of "Handloaders Manual of Cartridge Conversions" by John Donnelly has some info. on page 131.

This is the Ackley version that uses the 40 degree shoulder. No barrel length given. No primer info.

Using a bullet weight of 45 grains, it shows 38.0 grains of 4895 for 3972 fps.

It also sez case capacity is 40.83 gr. water. I would NOT use this case capacity for any internal ballistic calcs, tho.....if I was you, I'd measure my own case capacity.....and insert _that_ figure into Quickload or Powley slide rule.

Have you checked the Reloaders Nest site? They list some data for some unusual calibers.

Use caution and common sense when trying the unverified loads.

I just checked it out. There is one load listed using 40 gr sierras and RE 15.

Hope this helped you out
