I hit an garage sale and bought a box of several dies. One screws to press with shell holder on the top of the die. The first thought was a military crimp remover. Have you guys got any other ideas?

Are you sure it's not a RAM PRIME for priming cases?
Does it look something like this? If it does it may be a Ram Prime die for priming on top of the press. I think Lyman made these first, that is what I copied when I made this. It does have a Lyman shell holder on it anyways.
