I would like to fill everyone in on some reloading data that i have used and the results. I am hoping that they will help someone out in the future that might need a few good loads. I hope this can be of help and a tool to someone.:)

Weapon,
xd service model .40s&w

Loads,
all loads use various brass, winchester primers, and rainier 165gr bullets fmj.
all loads functioned flawlessly in my weapon as well.

5.0gr Tite Group length 1.130"
Recoil- light very managable, even during rapid fire drills
comments-good practice load which did great in all cqb drills that was run with them.

7.0gr Power pistol length 1.130"
Recoil- Harder recoil, not as easy to control as others while doing rapid fire drills. great for bullseye competition.
Accuracy- most accurate of loads. dead on the money everytime.
comments- I would like to use this same load but with a good jhp, i think it would make for a great sd/hd rd!

5.3gr Bullseye length 1.130"
6.1gr win231
6.5gr & 7.0gr unique

Recoil- very managable.
Accuracy- not impressed with either

7.0 gr powerpistol length 1.135"
recoil- pretty tuff managable during slow fire, not so much during cqb drills.
accuracy- slightly less than the previous power pistol load.
