Reloading Reference

I know was a old thread but, I have used this since it was first posted here. A few months ago I had a hard drive failure and when re-installing everything I forgot about this program and forgot about installing it. Today I went to use it and realized that it wasn't there :banghead: I had the install stuff on another drive and tried to install it. When running the RRv93x74r file it gets about 3/4 of the way done and freezes up. Anyone have a solution?

Try downloading a fresh file & try again. I assume it is still out there. If not let me know & I'll send you a copy.
 
Already tried that. First thing I tried :(. The only thing that is different with my PC is the new drive is a SSD. Thanks for the input.
 
Latest update: I emailed the developer he replied back almost immediately :). He said that he has seen that happen before and to be patient sometimes for some reason it takes 30-45 minutes. He wasn't sure why. I walked away from the PC and came back a few hours later and it was done. So problem is solved.
 
Glad to hear you got it fixed. That is a great tool. It would suck to have to do without it.
 
I have yet to have a problem from Windows 7 now Vista on the other hand. I have been useing it for years. I may start to like Microcrap.
