Anyone know of a good place to buy reloading supplies in the Huntsville, Athens, Decatur area.

Cheers,

Ya might try The Gun Store in Ft. Payne. Tom's the owner and he got me started reloading. Very good man. Call first to see what he's got on hand.

Tell him that goofy pilot from Maui said "HI!"

Gentle winds,

Why yes, yes I do :D

Wiley's Outdoor Sports, in Huntsville and Decatur, have a pretty good selection of powder, bullets, and equipment. They mostly carry CCI primers. When there's a shipment of Winchester primers, I buy from them as many as I can afford. I prefer Winchester.

Also, there's a small shop, Edgemon's, just south of the Whitesburg Bridge, in Lacey Springs. The lady who runs the store has THE BEST prices on powders that I've seen in the area. About a month ago, I bought 4 pounds of RL-19 at $17 a pound (that cleaned her out of RL-19). Yesterday, I bought two pounds of Unique for the same price, $17. She's got several Accurate Arms rifle powders for dirt cheap. There's a pound of 8700, MagPro, and a few others all priced below $15 a pound.

Edgemon's also has a pretty good selection of Speer bullets, for a decent price. Partial to Hornady's, though, and I get all my pistol bullets (45 and 357) online for $25 per 500 (LSWC).

I pretty much avoid JC's Guns and Tackle. They've got a good selection, but find that their prices generally don't beat Wiley's and Edgemon's.

I usually Get my stuff at Gander Mtn in N. Huntsville. Got a pretty good supply of powder and bullets.
