Just me giving a basic overview of the benefits and joys of reloading. More of an educational piece for those who have thought about reloading but haven't gotten around to it yet.
VIDEO

It's a great hobby and makes shooting even more enjoyable for me.

It would be watchable if it wasn't jerky. I won't watch anything like that, D---R---I---V---E---S M---E C---R---A---Z---Y . ! er.

A sea of red.

I approve :)

Get a powder measure, you cheap SOB !

One day soon you will send that beautiful powder flying across your bench.........

Lefty as well, dig it....... not a lefty, but good to see reloaders in their right mind.

BTW...reloading lead with a wound like that on your thumb is askin for some trouble. Not that I care, really, but one day you might. I eat my lead shavings, so I'm immune.

I shoot so I can reload. No wait I reload so I can shoot. No wait I cast so I can reload and shoot. Damn I'll have to get back to you later. :D

The ability to experiment and explore endless possibilities in the pursuit of perfection using finely crafted tools and components.

Besides being able to shoot the best ammo available by reloading there's no way I could afford to shoot as much as I want to without reloading.

Instead of shooting only 50 rounds of .38 Special I can shoot 250 rounds for the same money spent. All I need to add is about 1.5 hours of my time the night before and have a lot of fun at the range the next day. I probably wouldn't shoot my 45 Colt if I didn't reload because a box of ammo is well over $40.

I love shooting, I also like to be able to afford to let my family shoot as much as they want. From a prepper stand point it makes ammo economical also.

The wife would kill me...

If I were married. ;-)
Since I decided to start reloading to "save money" I have spent several hundred on equipment and components. I have more "under development" ammo on hand waiting to be tested than I usually shoot in a year or more.

Today I bought a 16 ga conversion kit for my Loadall II because my GF wants to get back into loading for her Sweet 16. Passing the shotguns on the shelf on my way to the cashier (not REALLY on the way, but close enough) I spied a dusty old 'Western Field' 16ga pump stashed in a corner. It came home with me. It's a good thing I wasn't there to buy dies for her .357.

It is actually the second hobby of gun "lovers" ...

Percentage wise, there are very, very few gun owners that reload. Matter of fact, there are very, very few gun lovers that reload.

It's kind of like cooking. Sure, you can eat out all the time, but it's expensive that way. So you have a kitchen and the needed supplies and do it yourself.

The ROI is pretty easy for reloading no matter how you look at it in my opinion.
