Howdy folks,
My brain is small and it REALLY helps for me to learn if I watch it. I want to reload but I don't know any reloaders. Can you point me in the direction of a video to watch on the "interwebz" (preferably youtube or something similar) from start to finish of a necked cartridge?

Check out youtube - I did when I was considering reloading like you were. Do this in addition to reading several reloading books of course, but I'm sure you'll find the videos helpful like I did. Reading about the various dies and steps involved is one thing and is important, but seeing the videos for some of the equipment being used on youtube really helped me grasp the ideas.

I recommend looking for (I'm at work and can't access youtube to provide you links, but I saw these videos there in the past):
1) Lee classic loader (the set of handtools where you load one round at a time using a hammer to force the dies over things)
2) a turret press of some kind (I recommend the Lee classic turret press to check out as a beginning reloader. If there don't seem to be any videos of that on youtube, the manufacturer www.leeprecision.com has some of their own videos on their site)
3) a progressive press being used

I would also suggest watching videos of pistol rounds being reloaded first, before watching videos about rifle reloading (there are more steps involved in reloading bottle-necked cases).
