Rem 700 stocks....will they fit a 721?

I know the 700 is just a slight redesign of the old 721 and 722, but will the modern 700 stocks fit? I want to get one for my 721 so I can practice floating the barrel and maybe even bedding the action. Even though my original stock isn't gonna win any Miss America pagents, I still like it as it is.
