My buddy has a browning, he is a lawyer adn has that kind of $$. I hae the 11-87. I have never had a problem that was not ammo related and only 2 of those. Same box of remmington BB had 2 with light charges. I have the original O ring, since 1991. I am a waterfowler as well as a upland hunter. If it is nasty my gun has seen it. My brother has one also he has to replace the O ring every year. I clean both so it is not maintaince. My buddy had problems with the browning. It would short cycle alot. At the end of the season I asked him where he was going to clean it. He said "I never have, do not know how " nedless to say I took the gun and the book home andhe has not had a problem since. It looked about as bad as you could imagine. Black as a politicians heart and as sticky as the hand of a Democrat reaching into your pocket for more entitlement programs. I would say you cant go wrong with either one. The 11-87 will let you buy more ammo though.
