Remington 700 Kevlar Synthetic vs. 700 Titanium?

What does everyone think about these two rifles? How do they compare to one another. I've been leaning towards the 700 TI for some time now but was able to handle a Kevlar Synthetic just the other day. Any reason to get one and not the other? I'm thinking 30-06 as far as the caliber.
