I've been there and registered in order to pose some questions regarding warranty work and I can not find a way to actually pose a question......very frustrating to say the least!
I'm not really computer challenged and usually figure things out pretty quick but I can not understand how to ask a question through the less then helpful web site they have created.....email is not an option so I will take time today to call them.
There is a sort of forum thingy on their website where you post a question and one of their Remington support guys responds. I think it took me about a week to 10 days to get a response.
