Remington Match Bullets No 23562 38 Caliber (358 Diameter) 148 Grain Lead Wadcutter.

Anyone using these? I am looking for some loading specs for 38 Special inc overall length, type of crimp? W231 Powder?

Thank you

Seat flush with case mouth, 3.0 to no more than 3.3grs of W231, just enough crimp to remove the belling to a very light crimp.

Or seated out a little (1/8") for revolver use.

I can't prove it helps accuracy, but long seating them gets a full bullet diameter into the cylinder throats, and that should help center the bullet in the chamber better.

The flush seating was necessary in Model 52 S&W & Colt 1911 wadcutter guns to get them to feed.
But it's not necessary in revolvers.
