Just picked up a used baby street sweeper for my wife to shoot (she can't handle my 12's). Anything I need to be aware of/watch out for on this particular model?

Since they are lighter than 12 gauge guns, their recoil is not necessarily less. FIT will make her more comfortable in shooting the gun - and fit involves more than just sticking a recoil pad on it.

Once the guns is properly fitted, have her shoot some light target loads to get better used to the gun and move up in power

Thanx. Before I plonked down my cash I had her try it for fit and she liked it way better than my shortened Mossies. No doubt the light weight and smooth action helped a lot in that regard. All it really needs is a refinish on the wood and a softer recoil pad.

Yup, I had the same notion as to training her up. Figger to blow off a box of the lightest stuff I can find, or several, just to get her used to working the thing, then into the heavier loads.
