I love the Sticky holster for my LCP when pocket carrying, but just that past weekend I had a "wardrobe malfunction" while it was IWB... while walking around downtown I accidentally bumped into a guardrail and the impact pushed the holster far enough upwards that it got dislodged. Luckily, it stayed inside the t-shirt; however that being a very busy downtown street on Saturday night, there was no way for me to put it back in discreetly. So I had to walk to the nearest cafe while holding my side as if having a bad stomach ache...

This made me starting to look at alternatives. As I said, I love the Sticky and I already have a Remora for my G26 which is just as nice. Looking at Remora's site, they have a "micro" holster that is basically the same material but has a detachable belt clip... which seems like the best of both worlds.

What makes me uncomfortable with it, though, is that it seems to be opened on the bottom... I would much rather keep the barrel snug inside the holster with no lint getting in.

Any opinions ?

I was never fond of the idea of the Remora holster to begin with, so I would toss it in all honesty. Very few holsters can do more than one thing very well. Pocket holster should be a pocket holster. And throwing a belt clip on a pocket holster is not always a good idea or the makings of a good waist holster.
