I have an alloy framed government model and one of the grip screw bushings has stripped out. It was giving me a little bit of trouble before so I tried loctiting the bushing and not trying to he-man it when I tightened the bushing down. Now when I try to remove the grip screw the bushing and screw spins freely in the hole without coming out.

Any ideas on how to get this out?

Take the other screw out, lift the grip panel up and slip a metal ruler or something similar under the panel. If you wrap it with masking tape there is no chance of scratching anything. Slide it as far as you can toward the stuck bushing. Press down on the end of the grip that the screw did come out of, using the ruler for a fulcrum. This will load the bushing in the frame and either it or the screw will come loose. If the bushing is totally stripped out you can tap it for a repair bushing and use it. Brownells used to carry repair bushings, I would think they still do.
