Repeated rechambering of live rounds: setback and pressure problems?

I use 180gr in my new 40cal CZ and I have chambered and handcycled a mag a 3 or 4 times, you think these rounds are ok? can I just sit them up on a flat surface and compare them to check for setback?

BTW this is a problem I have never heard of and I am glad I read this post and done more research on setback.

.357SIG case separation.I had chambered the round of Speer Lawman, decided to shoot my 239 a little first and wanting only one hot gun within reach at a time, ejected it,placing it back in the mag.It was the first round from the SP2340 I fired and I didn't even notice anything out of the ordinary except that the next round would not chamber.I had forgotten that I'd previously chambered the round as it's not something I usually worry about with the 9mm's I mostly shoot but were I to carry a .357SIG,I'd make sure my Barney Bullet would not make it back into a carry magazine.

I never drop a slide on a round more than twice before either shooting it up or disgarding it. On my CCW pistols I usually ease the slide close when loading them rather than let it slam closed, then give a good push on the pack of the slide to make sure it's in battery.
