It always hacks me to see this sort of thing. The propaganda is inherent in the question!!!

There is no provision for "No, if it saves human life" or
"Yes, even if it doesn't save human life"

How about this simple question:
"Would you be in favor of legislation that imperils your freedom and safety, encourages crime and increases your taxes to do so?"

If you vote "No", you are opposed to gun legislation. And the question is no more biased than most other polls of the question.
