Good evening folks. I have recently purchased a Kahr CW 45, and after receiving some help from some of you fine people, I find myself obligated to do a full and thorough review. My question is, based on the best reviews you've seen, what makes a great review? What makes an otherwise decent review, horrible?

The one thing I can't stand above anythig else is a biased review.

Pictures of the gun and a few of the targets if your accurate or the gun isnt.
I like reading personal opinions on what works for you and what dont.
Also include how it carrys IWB and OWB for ccw people.
Include malfunctions of course and test it with some of the worst ammo you can find and some good ammo, And add hollow points if you can find some cheap enough.
Reports on how the gun handles recoil and try and compare it to well known guns as a baseline.
I personally feel the more a gun cost the more critical you should be on it.
A review bashing a Sigma for what most people already know about isnt interesting, But pointing out flaws on a $1k gun is.
But look for good things you like no matter what it costs.

I'm guilty of this myself so speak form experience....
Don't rush your review out. I've liked weapons so much after the initial inspection, cleaning and 200 round range trip that I've written a glowing review.. only to find that glow wear off with real use and tim,e with the weapon.
If you can't wait then do kind of a running thread with clear "initial" impression and keep it going as the weapon gets used, talk about different ammo and holsters as it gets used in different environments/conditions...of course how the thing stands the test of time.

and lots of pics too ;)
