Rifle length handguards and longer?

Does anyone manufacture railed handguards that are longer than 12.5"? I'd like to find one that's an inch or so shorter than my 16" barrel to extend the area between my front and rear iron sights.
I know I could use a sight extension tube but this is not a benchrest and those seem like they'd get messed up trudging through the woods.
