With my EXTREMELY limited knowledge, the only "special" chamber I know of for an autoloader is a Bentz chamber. With all of the moving parts for an autoloader, I think it's darn near impossible to compete with a bolt action.

In bullseye competition you may be correct. However, in silhouettes, there is a little room for error and still score. There are a few guys that shoot Ruger 1022's at our matches. They are not master class shooters, though.
Also, I do know of a fellow that shoots master class handgun bullseye competition with an autoloader and does quite well at it, too. IIRC, he shoots a Hammerli 215.
