Since I have you fellas here... what do you all think of Leupold's CPC reticle?

I personally like fine crosshairs; some may not, depending on the target.
Good for shooting ladybugs off blades of grass .

I'm a big fan of crosshairs myself and have fine crosshairs in a couple of target scopes, but I wanted the old medium crosshairs in my little 2-7x and currently Leupold only offers one thickness of plain crosshairs, which is fine... and much finer than I was looking for. Back when Premier Reticles was still installing reticles in Leupold scopes they had three... fine target, fine, and medium... to bad they no longer do installs.

Anyway, since I can't get the crosshairs I want, I thought I'd give the CPC reticle a try. Leupold has two versions, standard and fine. Talking to the Custom Shop tech, I was told that the thickest part of the post and the fine intersection are comparable in thickess of the standard and fine duplex. The intersection of the fine CPC is the same physical size as the fine crosshairs (.0007"), so I decided to try the standard (.0012") as it will be a little more visible.

I know that I could have just gone with the duplex... but I just like different reticles.
