Scarry DU statement:

"When the UN removes the constitution, the UN will destroy your thought of possessing these killing tools. Just because THE FEDERALIST PAPERS in Madison 46 talks of the citizens right to own guns for the protection of rights from government, those gun rights are no longer needed in a global society where government holds all weapons and armies will be invincible and global. Private gun ownership will only create violence that will effect children if a band of armed rebels tries anything."

Beretta...............

................calls the material that makes up much of the Storm "TechnoPolymer." They say the color will never fade and it can't be scratched off. I have been involved with firearms for the better part of the last 40 years, a good chunk of that spent as an Armorer (U.S. Army) and I have never seen or felt (if you were blindfolded you probably could not guess what it was made of and there are zero rattles, just a very solid feel to it) anything quite like the Storm.

I too was not very impressed initially with the looks of the Storm but, I was looking for a .45 carbine (although I bought the 9mm I have the .45 on order) and I have respect for Beretta quality, so I gave the Storm a look see.

Before you judge it too harshly, I suggest you hold one and if you can test one. It feels extremely solid and is very well put together. The ergonomics are excellent and it is everything I look for in a carbine, light (5.7lbs), compact (29 3/4") and has a nice open sights which are adjustable for W & E, with a long (for a carbine) sight radius (12.9").

First time at the range with it last week I ran 200 rounds through it without a single hiccup. At 60' I put 20 rounds through one hole the size of a quarter using the iron sights.

I will be ordering one of the new Sure Fire X200 LED combats lights to put on it. The Storm has a front rail that slides out for it when you push the front sling mount in. Soon as I get my top picatinny rail from BUSA I will be mounting a Nikon Monarch red dot scope on it. Then the real fun should begin.:D

the person who took the picture messed up

however, she is quite attractive

the person who took the picture messed up

If you are refering to her angle of aim, IMHO that is impossible to deternine without knowing:

1. distance to the target

2. height of target

3. height of shooter

4. angle and plane of camera

..........can't argue with the attractive part though.:D

true, but a simple, check the horizon, check the plane of the gun, and look at the pillar... It's not like she has the gun at a 45 degree angle or anything

Once we get Skynet online...

I see UN helmets in my neck of the woods... I'm going Swamp Fox on them. No questions asked. I don't care if they are delivering warm blankets and milk to orphaned badgers.

I think I'm going to get one in .45ACP. I'll go with a sling... maybe an Optima sight, and call it good.

Did any one else notice the language at the DU sight??? it would not fly here or any other sight I frequent.
seems that they might be a bit upset..................................
