I just ordered some of the RMR 135 match winners and I am looking to load some, preferably using BE-86. I have found next to nothing on reloading data on these, has anyone ever worked up a load? I know I could likely load between 124 and 147 and ladder up, but OAL is what I'm concerned about. I will be shooting and testing with a CZ P09.

With a CZ, your OAL is likely to be set by what will chamber freely without throat interference.

Yeah, the first thing I will do is seat a dummy round long and "plunk test" it until i get my max OAL and then seat it back 10-20 thou.

I do the same in that I find the max COL and seat deeper like you, then I manually cycle a few dummy rounds though the pistol checking for set back and ease of feeding. With a 135gr bullet I may start at the low end of the 147gr data and add the low end of 124gr data and average that and assume that might be a good place to start?

That's exactly what I'm gonna try. 135 falls pretty much exactly between 124 and 147. Probably find max length and back off about 20 thousand (keep it a little long for the first strings). Thanks

Finally loaded up and tested some 135 match winners. 96 degrees out mid humidity levels

BE 86 4.8 grain 1.110 oal SD 10 1042 fps
BE 86 5.0 grain 1.110 oal SD 19 1086 fps
BE 86 5.0 grain 1.120 oal SD. 13. 1077 fps
BE 86 5.2 grain 1.120 oal SD. 9. 1109 fps

No signs of pressure from any, tested with CZ P09 4.53" barrel at 7 yards.

5.2 grains at 1.120 oal grouped the best followed closely by 4.8 grains at 1.110

Loved that 5.2 but might be a little hot for repeated use, even though it was very hot outside.
