So I'm researching several concealed carry guns. At the moment I have time as I havent even taken the class yetLOL Two I'm looking at are the RIA Commander or their Compact version.
I've never held a Commander of any maker, or the compact so I'm looking for opinions. I know I like the 1911 design/pattern and seem to be decent with .45 acp shot placement with my fullsized 1911. Any opinions on the recoil and size comparision of the two? I've got small hands so size/weight is more about recoil management for me.
The reason I'm asking all this is there is no place within 150 miles of me I know of who has one in stock, so when I finally decide, I'll have to order sight unseen...
Any input would be most welcome!
