Rockcastle Shooting Center, a stone's throw from Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky is sorta close to my wife and me at about 45 miles. Membership is attractively priced and it's a beautiful resort. Wonderful food, pleasant staff and an excellent development it has so much to offer. But I don't know about some things and can't yet find it on their website.

1) Is shooting our own reloads permitted?
2) Can we bring our own steel and paper targets or do we have to buy theirs?
3) Does the range get to keep used brass from our shooting?

All of the above is of course important because we reload and already have commercial steel targets. Some ranges (usually indoor ranges) keep your brass, don't allow reloads to be shot, and require you to buy targets from them. I don't know any members at Rockcastle Shooting Center to ask, and quite honestly it's 7:30 in the evening and I'm curious.
If anyone here is a member, information would be appreciated. Thanks. Don

i'm not a member but i do shoot some of the matches and fun shoots they host. I'm pretty sure 80% of the shooters at the matches are shooting reloads and keeping their brass. i always did. when i shoot, all the targets are steel plates at long range. no idea about paper. i sure wouldn't call their food wonderful :) but it is a cool place to shoot
