Romanian Mini-Draco available again!

Looks like Romanian Mini-Draco pistols are available again, got an Email from Centerfire Systems offering them for $440 which is pretty much pre-panic pricing. Also supposed to have chrome lined barrels.

I love mine that I made into an SBR. It's probably almost as good with the "arm-brace".

I've no association with Centerfire Systems other than as a generally satisfied customer.

440 is a good price buds had them for the last couple months for 493. How cool would one be as a underfolder with a slant break.

I'm not big on the underfolders, but I can testify that a slant break (on none!) really has an impressive fireball out the front!

I just saw these today. How do these compare with the Pap pistols? What are the pros or cons ?

Pros versus the PAP:

Chrome lined barrel

Straight receiver instead of a slant cut rear

Shorter barrel so an over all smaller package

Cons versus the Pap:

Shorter barrel and corresponding velocity loss, fire balls, etc. With an 11.5" draco I get around 2300 FPS which is very little loss vis-a-vis a 16" gun. With the mini I get around 1900 FPS.

You don't get a cool looking hinged top cover. If you go with something like the MI handgaurds you can use an optic specific upper handgaurd/mount and cowitness a RDS. I've seen DIY versions (using standard sized MI handguards) but the turn key hand guards for the mini don't allow that.

You can run an Ultimak on the pap. I've never seen it on a mini draco.
