anyone here shot any rossi revolvers or own any? i saw a nice 3" 351 rossi at academy sports.

I own a 462 2inch ss bought there and a ss model 88 bought years ago. I liek them both. The 462, a stainless tewin to the 461 disappears in my front jeans pocket. Shoots well and a good cc gun.

I have a couple, and really like them. Accurate, reliable, fun, and didn't break the bank. Most of the Rossis I own are from the Interarms days (pre-Taurus ownership), I don't exactly shoot the daylights out of them, and I've never had any trouble with any of them.

I've had a half dozen of the Interarms ones over the years. I still have a 68 3" blued .38 which I believe is nothing more than the 351 of current production, and a .22 M511 Sportsman which is a little jewel. I kinda sorta miss my old 971. I had a pretty high round count in that thing. It was a light and handy 4" stainless trail gun. I took rabbits with it using .38 and shot a javelina with it, once. That was fun. But, I think I kept the best overall. I also have a Rossi lever carbine in .357 which is awesome.
