Rossi/Braztech parts?

Does anyone know where to get parts for a Rossi/Braztech single shot rifle?

I have a friend with a .223 which isn't firning all the time, it makes light dimples on the primer, but sometimes not enough to say bang.

I thought it might be a hammer spring, but I couldn't find any parts listed at Numrich, Brownell's, or Rossi.

Does anyone know where I might find parts (or schematics), or know what parts might cross between another model?

If it's out of warranty, at least he might be able to get parts through there. Taurus owns Rossi and parts should be readily availabe by calling or by snail-mail.
