Rossi rifle stock

I have a Rossi 92 carbine. I really like the crescent rifle stock. Does anyone know where I can get one? I contacted Rossi, they claim the rifle stock wont fit the carbine, I find it hard to believe the actions are different. Need the stock and butt plate. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

According to Nate Kiowa Jones, you can make the win butt stock fit a Rossi with wood working tools.
I am considering going with a shotgun style leather pad on mine to increase the LOP. I do like crescent stocks though.

Would that be a Winchester92 stock of would a model 94 stock work.?

Thanks. I have seen these and they look nice, but still have to find a source for the butt plate.
