Roy's Original Pancake value?

About a month ago I bought a nice smooth black leather pancake holster at a gun show for my 4" S&W Model 10. It has the double belt slots on the front and has a thumb break. While looking at it at the show I couldn't really read the maker's mark on it. Anyway I was looking at it more closely tonight and found out that it's a Roy Baker made holster, which I also found out is the original pancake holster. This holster is in very nice shape, no cracking, a few minor rub marks on the front of it and the tiniest amount of wear at the tip of the barrel on the backside. The back is labeled:

What is this 'leather' that you speak of stranger? Does it come with plastic clips or nylon straps?

I think that is what I paid for mine in the early 1980's, so at least, it does not seem to have gone up in value.

It is entirely leather except for the metal snap and insert on the thumb brake. No plastic or nylon. I'll get a photo up Thursday, I'm out of town right now.

Yea....I have a Roy's Original. It is a great holster. It can be worn strongside or crossdraw. A great quality holster. I carry my 4 5/8 Blackhawk in it.

Yeah I really like the option to carry cross-draw (though for me it's less comfortable). I've been a fan of cross-draw for a while as I think it's faster. So does anybody have an idea as to the going price of a holster like mine?

I stole mine at a local flea market for $25.00. That doesn't reflect the 'value' though. It was made for and stamped .45 SAA. That limited the potential buyers, but I knew it would fit my ,357 Ruger BH.

I've got a few of them all well made, $30 is a fair price for a piece of history. Must be something to them as everybody makes this style of hoster now. Enjoy. The good thing is they're very gun specific not a one size fits many.
