Ruag .308 ammo: Boxer, so why the low price?

Based on the abbreviations on "Ammo-deals", not only is it about $.37/rd. shipped to my zip code, it is
(BO) Boxer-primed.

Unless a huge extra shipment recently entered the US, why is the price in the range which only includes non-reloadable, Russian-made (BE) Berdan-primed ammo?

The Ruag ammo could be manufactured in Germany, Switzerland or Austria, unless they use their Swedish or Hungarian subsidiaries. The Hungarians might not be using the Euro currency (as of early '08 they had planned to do so in 2011), and maybe not for quite a while.

My objective right now could be another Spanish .308 Mauser carbine, but such ammo might be a second choice.

Thanks.
I could not remember all of the codes on the ammo website, and they don't publish it on the main page.

People must not trust the zinc in case they postpone reloading for a while, or brief exposure to humidity leads to corrosion ?
What other reason keeps the prices so low, unless steel cases are used?

I dont think its reloadable as it is steel case but not to familiar with reloading as I dont reload myself.
ive shot some of the 223 ammo and like the zinc plated better than the laquer finish you would normally find on steel cases.
