MY DUMB............ I asked this question about the Ruger Single Six and should have also aske in the same post about the Bearcat. Can the Bearcat (LR cyl.) shoot long's and short's?

Yes, any .22 LR weapon will also fire shorts, longs, CB caps, etc.
Semi-auto weapons may not feed them, but they will fire them.
