Quick response, no trying to back out of warranty, no effort required on my part.

The problem: Purchased an extended scope base awhile back. It appears improperly machined as the front ring won't fit on.

The solution: Called them, told them the problem, they asked for the firearm serial number, told them I didn't have it. She said no problem and asked for my address. They are sending a new base and an envelope to send the old one back.
