What do you think? I could see the 38-40 as a good cartridge for CAS shooters especially. Vaqueros in 38-40 for CAS and a GP-100 in the HD, CCW and GP uses. The 40 S&W would probably need to be built only as a 40. The advantages would be having shared ammunition for your "other" semi-autos. Ruger might even see a reason to make 40 S&W P series. The 41 Magnum is a good all around cartridge. CCW, hunting, target, HD and any other needs. 3", 6" and 8" would be nice for barrel lengths. Factory drilled and tapped would be a bonus.
