Another vote for the RM380. Ambi mag release, removable grip panels, ships with two mags that both have pinky extensions, aluminum frame, the slide glides on the frame very smoothly and easily when racking, light weight, and a joy to shoot, and IMHO, is just a nicer little pistol vs the other two you mentioned.

Love the small barrel guns. Far left is my LCP which is the last one of about 4 I have owned. The gun that started it all over 10 years ago and the hobby of shooting small guns.. I hope to get the RM and the Body guard in the future. 380 Favorite is the Pico and then the Kahr.
What I like in a small pocket gun is a nice DAO, Mild shooting and the ability to handle a whole lot of ammo down range.

I purchased my second RM380 for just $99.00 with a Remington rebate, and the RM380 is my backup gun. The grip, sights and trigger are almost identical to my R9 so it makes a good backup for me.
Great deal!
Bought my RM380 from CDNN last fall for $199.99..... but it came with five magazines.

I went through this exact analysis a couple of years ago and ended up with an original version LCP. It seemed the best in pocket and I prefer the long double action trigger on a pocket gun with no safety. I think it shoots really well and is more accurate than I expected, and it's performed perfectly except a couple of failures out of one specific box of cheap ball ammo. It's definitely a cheaper feeling gun than the larger M&P's I carry but it fits the intended role extremely well and I trust that it'll function if needed.
