Anyone know if Ruger plans to release LCR 3" barrel in 357 soon?

Is the 357 power a big factor for a CC/trail gun versus the 38 +P?

I am in market for either a strickly CC gun or light CC/trail gun, and considering the LCRx 38+P

Or just getting a straight-up CC like a S&W Bodyguard or Ruger LCR w/ 2 " brl
or a S&W 642 all in 38 +P. Possibly in 357, but is that Neccessary? Or is 38 actually better for a CC?

Other option is a S&W Performance Center 8 shot 357, but I can't find much about them, and if they are worth paying twice as much for. Info?

I went with the LCR 38+p being I already had 357s and I shoot a lot more 38 then 357 and from reviews most end up shooting 38 due to the weight of the LCR my only downfall is I wish I would of got a X,little nicer for target shooting. Overall I like my LCR+p.

I don't know for sure but I watched a video where a Ruger rep flat out said "look for other calibers soon". What other ones would one expect if not .357 Mag? Maybe .22/.22 Mag, maybe a 9mm. But I think .357 Mag is the next logical choice for Ruger.
