I got my newest addition to the fleet, a little bull barrel MKII ruger .22 LR. Aside from crimson trace, has anyone produced a decent laser that will hold zero for these things?
I might just end up getting a little walther as well if I can't find something, for the cost of the crimson trace, I can get a walther with a factory laser on the used market (or close enough to it anyhow).
This is mainly for popping raccons and such at night while they're raiding the chicken coop. I don't like lasers on guns much, but for night duty in the chicken coops, it should be pretty ideal. usually I go in "police style" with the mag light arm supporting my pistol arm, but it's hard to do much like this other than point a flashlight/gun at stuff and the sights still aren't easy to see in the dark.
anyhow, just wondering if anyone has seen a decent laser for a ruger mark series... (this one is stainless, so I wouldn't be worried to mount something to the bull barrel)...
