Yes, those will fit the XR3-RED (red stands for redesign... think large frame 44 Magnum size New Model Black Hawks)
Those should fit all standard grip , large frame New Model Blackhawks, and the Super Blackhawks with the rounded trigger guard (the shorter barreled models) , but NOT the Super Blackhawk with the Square back trigger guard. (that frame is a bit longer.. long barrel models) .. and not the mid frame (.357 & 44 special size) New Models..

The Ruger grip frames can be a little tricky until you figure them all out.
Making things worse is the fact they are calling the new mid size grip frame XR3, which isn't the same as the Old XR3 grip frame. Someone needs to have a sit down with the dept. that names things at Ruger.
