There are lots of good holster makers, but I haven't found one yet that will let me stuff my P89 down my pants in comfort. It's just too darn big!
You might want to look at the crossbreed or fist holsters. They use kydex that doesn't add bulk to the pistol. I just got a fist kydex IWB for my Taurus mil pro and it is the most comfortable IWB I have tried to this point.
Although a bit chunkier that my P97, I still sometime carry my older P85 in this nylon Maverick holster ordered from Dillon's Blue Book. Lightweight, has a sight channel and holds the gun pretty securely during normal activities. May not be as pricey or pretty as you want but it works for me. In fact I carry the P97 most every day in one like it.
K&D holsters and Crossbreed holsters also make IWB for Ruger P-series pistols.
Don Hume has a pretty good IWB for about $25.00
I have tried using the uncle-mike generic holsters and I find that the mag release will sometimes catch when drawing/sitting/standing. I have thought about grinding down the right side mag release but I would rather have a holster built for the gun.
