My brother-in-law has had a Ruger P90 .45acp for years with no problems.
Recently, the mags would come loose from the gun during firing. All looks well. The mag release dosen't show signs of wear, and the mags don't either.
Anyone had this problem?:cuss:

Not on that model but check the placement of the thumb, or other fingers during firing. Have seen the same thing on other models and its usually the fingers pushing it during firing.
Hope that helps.

i had mine for about 5 years and never had a single issue, the best out of the box .45 i've ever owned. if it keeps doin it call ruger. +1 on finger placement check real close during recoil (have someone watch)

Give ruger a call. Chances are he will have a new mag catch and spring on its way for free.

I had the mag catch spring break on my p90 a while back. CoffeePot from the Ruger forum has writen before that it is a good Idea to have a few spare mag catch springs lying around for spares.
