I have a SBH that my dad gave me that has a few problems I want to fix. The only problem with that is I can't find anywhere that has parts in stock for them. I need a new trigger and hammer. These parts are just being difficult to find. If you have any advice let me know.

Is the gun an "old model" or New Model? If a New Model, I would not hesitate to send them the entire gun and have them repair it. (If it is an "old model" I would not, since they will put a safety conversion in it whether you want it or not.) You would have to pay to ship it, but they will fix anything they find wrong for little or no cost.
 
If its an old model, I believe Ruger will pay the shipping both ways. They don't want those guns out there with old lockwork in them. If it is and you do send it, ask them for the old lockwork pieces back.
