I have this in .177 cal model 350 magnum and was wondering if there is a gas piston conversion for this springer.

Forget the gas conversion

Do yourself a favor and get a Vortek kit. Tom Gore makes wonderful products and they are self installed. Did wonders for my R7. His kits take out the harshness, make cocking easier etc.

Could you expand on that?

My R-7 is already very easy to cock, and isn't harsh at all compaired to my other Beeman C-1 Carbine.

Only thing I would like to improve on my R-7 is a little more power, without adding more noise.

Does the Vortec Kit change that??

A gas spring cannot be installed in a 350 without major work, not worth the effort kinda work. It would be way easier to get a different gun or wait until the gas version of a 350 is made which is likely in the next year or so.
Those Vortek kits are nice but spendy. I do similar mods but they're basically free, which I'd be happy to explain how if interested. Spring tar is another way to quiet the gun, same basic end result.

Vortek kits perform magnificently

I own a number of nice quality Springers, all custom tuned by Professionals. My R7 was originally tuned by one of the best tuners in the AG field. He used a Macarri spring from Airrifleheadquarters. Yes these are nice quality springs and the tuner did a wonderful job. Later I read about Vortek and had his kit installed and his kit really transformed this fine fine rifle even further. Even though the noise level in the R7 is very quiet and the gun easy to cock, the Vortek took it to a new lever and now the noise and smoothness of the firing is extremely enhanced. FPS was increased significantly You should get close to (9+ft/lb).
I personally would advise against using more tar in a tune to get it quiet. Too much tar can break a spring and just a short term fix. Are Vortek kits expensive? About $69.00, so you be the judge.
I also own the Beeman C1. The R7 and the C1 are two different animals with two very different springs. The C1 out of the box is a powerful carbine. It is rather harsh in the firing cycle, however using the "Artillery Hold" is extremely accurate. Unfortunately Vortek does not make a kit for this rifle. And yes, they can be converted to a gas piston. Airrifle headquarters makes a "Springtamer kit that you might want to look at. Also if your are interested, you can go to a site dedicated to Diana air rifles "Dianawerks.com. for any questions you might have or other opinions.

I do not own a 350, but do own a 460. My gosh that was a hard rifle to cock. I did have my tuner install a JM soft tune kit, and it really made the gun shoot so much smoother and so easy to cock, that now can shoot it all day. However the FPS was significantly decreased, which is fine, as I believe the 460 and 350 really do not need to be that fast.

Tar, at least the black kind, won't hurt the gun or spring. If anything it'll prolong spring life since it greatly dampens vibration.
The only way to put a gas spring in the guns mentioned is drastic modifications. For example the Umarex Octane is chinese clone of a 350 modded to accept a gas spring. If I were to attempt it I suppose I would hack off the Quattro trigger assy from a Hatsan and weld it to the Diana, along with the other mods needed to make it work. The reason for the Quattro rather than the Octane trigger is Umarex cut corners big time to make the conversion work and the trigger suffered the most. So not worth the effort or sacrifice of a good 350 and Hatsan imo, but it is doable. No kits I'm aware of, but would love to see one if you have a link. A coil spring is more reliable, cheaper, and adjustable. Once quieted down the nitro's got nothing on it.
