News stories indicate actor Ryan O'neal has been carged with assault with a deadly weapon and negligent discharge of a firearm. Seems he got in a fight with his adult son and discharged a weapon in his home after his son tried to hit him with a fireplace poker.

Does anyone know if O'Neal is in the "We hate guns" Hollywood crowd. I'll bet he is. He wants to disarm everyone else but him.

I almost spit water out of my screen when I read that!

I just keep thinking of that Simpsons episode where the whole family is watching Love Story, and the Simpson kids belittle every piece of dialogue.
