S&W .357 Mountain Lite Grip Question

Hi guys,

I just found out about this gun and I am very intrigued. I like revolvers, and prefer them to have an odd number of shots so the cylinder is stronger. I especially like S&W's Scandium revolvers as they are so light and carry-able.

The S&W .357 Mountain Lite is not listed on S&W's website. It looks like it may be a J-Frame, but a 7-shot J-frame is unheard of.

Does anyone know what grips will fit on it. I have a Crimson Trace laser grip for S&W J-frames, will this fit?

If so I think i'll have to get one...

Your grips won't fit.

The gun is an L-Frame, so it takes K-L laser grips.

Those are cool guns! An alloy version of a 686+ 2.5" is a hard concept not to love.

Like said above, your revolver is a medium L frame.
