Welcome to THR!

The model number is stamped on the frame underneath the cylinder yoke and is visible when you open the cylinder.

But, I'll save you the effort. You have a Model 65-3 made in 1983. Basically, it's a heavy barreled, .357-chambered, stainless steel version of the classic Military & Police (aka Model 10). Damn good gun!

Don't sell it.

These guns are no longer made with the quality this one was. It has chromed hammer and trigger and is a beautiful gun. It will only go up in price.

Let's not go too crazy here. The OP's got a good, solid gun, but 1979 wasn't exactly the high water mark for S&W quality.

Probably $300 to $350. Listed prices on gunbroker are not always actual selling prices.

That's about right.
