what grip for a s&w 629? the problem i am having is two-fold. 1) when shooting magnums, my second finger (the top finger on the grip) gets slammed by the trigger guard every time i fire it. and 2) when i grab the gun, the natural pointing position of the pistol in my hand is with the barrel pointing downwards at about a 20 degree angle. i would like to get the gun level in my hand without forcing it upwards, and i really dislike having my finger getting slamed on every shot. the gun now has the stock s&w rubber fingergrip grips on it.
