S&W 642 price

Today I was shown an S&W 642 [rather popular]. It carried laser grips - and of course, the internal lock. The price is $650 (without tax). Buy or don't buy? Thanks.

I agree, that's about the going rate for a J frame with the Laser Grips. That setup Lists for $877 on the S&W site. A price of $650 is more than 25% off the List price. You might do better but not by much.

Sounds reasonable with the laser grips. Dang, aren't lasers expensive! I think that for $229 the laser ought fry the bad guy on it's own!
